Make sure you are standing inside the project area — the app only lets you inspect inside it.
Check your internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data) and switch to a better one — a weak signal stops location from working.
On the Dashboard, open the side menu (drawer) and tap "Find location" to check your phone is getting a location.
Pause the EQC, close the app fully (swipe it away), and open it again.
Turn airplane mode on and off, then open the app again.
If it still happens, restart your phone and open the app again.
Why it happens — The app needs your phone's location to know you are on site. A weak GPS or internet signal, your phone's location turned off, or being outside the project area causes these messages.
