Why can't I see my issue after it is closed?

A closed issue is removed from the mobile app to keep it fast — only open issues show on mobile. View closed issues on the web app at app.digiqc.com.

Answer — Once an issue is closed, it is removed from the mobile app. You can still see it on the web app at app.digiqc.com.

Why it happens — To keep the mobile app fast, only open issues are shown on the phone. Showing every closed issue would slow the app down.

What to do — To view a closed issue, log in to the web app at app.digiqc.com.
