What is the digiQC hotline, and how do I get support?

Three support routes: WhatsApp chat (+91 6353450480) for quick help, raise a bug via Found a Problem, and the hotline for critical issues (System Admins only, via their registered number).

Answer — There are three ways to get help (full details in Support Protocol):

WhatsApp chat — for quick help, message +91 6353450480.
Raise a bug — if chat doesn't solve it, use "Found a Problem" in the app.
Hotline — for critical / emergency issues only (can't use digiQC, work blocked). This is only for authorised System Admins. For a critical issue, contact your System Admin, who will call the hotline.

Good to know — The hotline is answered only when the call comes from an authorised System Admin's registered number.
