Why can't I close or accept an issue assigned to me?

If an issue is assigned to you, you can only respond; the raiser's team accepts (closes) or rejects it.

Answer — If an issue is assigned to you, you can only respond. Closing (accept/reject) is done by the raiser's team.

What to do

Respond with a comment and a photo (if the issue was raised with a photo).
The raiser's team then accepts (closes) or rejects (sends it back).
