Answer — WhatsApp alerts need a verified mobile number with WhatsApp installed on it.
Make sure your mobile number is verified in digiQC (Profile → Verify mobile number).
Have WhatsApp installed on that number.
Check you haven't blocked the digiQC number.
Keep your network on.
