I'm not receiving WhatsApp notifications — what do I do?

Answer — WhatsApp alerts need a verified mobile number with WhatsApp installed on it.

What to do

1. Make sure your mobile number is verified in digiQC (Profile → Verify mobile number).

2. Have WhatsApp installed on that number.

3. Check you haven't blocked the digiQC number.

4. Keep your network on.
