From a project's Checklist tab you can select several checklists and assign the same approvers to all of them in one action — instead of opening each checklist separately.
Open the project → Checklist tab.
Select multiple checklists (tick the ones you want).
Click Assign → Assign Approver — a side drawer opens.
Set the approvers in the drawer:
- RFI approver — shown only if the checklist's RFI is set with an approver. If not, the drawer shows only the inspection-stage approver. - Approval type — Site or Remote. (If you don't set it, it defaults to Remote.) - Approvers, level-wise — set the Internal and External approver for each level, up to 3 levels.
Apply.
It appears only if the checklist's RFI is set with an approver. If the RFI has no approver, the drawer shows only the inspection-stage approver.
They stay unchanged. A bulk change updates only what you set now — nothing else is touched.
Site means the approver must be on site and approve from the mobile app. Remote means they can approve from anywhere (web or mobile).
Up to 3 levels, and each level can have an internal and an external approver.
Yes. Open that single checklist and edit its approver the usual way.
Site vs Remote: Site = the approver must be on site and approve from the mobile app; Remote = approve from anywhere (web or mobile).
Internal vs External: set an internal (your organisation) and an external (e.g. client / PMC) approver for each level.
The RFI approver appears only when that checklist's RFI uses an approver.
