2.5.15 How to bulk-assign Checkers across checklists?

Checklist tab → select multiple checklists → Assign → Checker: add the same inspecting users to many checklists at once. Only current changes are updated.

Overview

From a project's Checklist tab you can select several checklists and add the same Checkers — the people who inspect / operate the checklist — to all of them in one action.

🧭 How to use

  1. Open the project → Checklist tab.

  2. Select multiple checklists (tick the ones you want).

  3. Click Assign → Checker — a side drawer opens.

  4. Select the users to add as Checkers.

  5. Apply.

❓ FAQ

What can a Checker do?

A Checker can view and operate (inspect) the selected checklists on the mobile app.

Will this remove the users I already added?

No. A bulk change applies only what you set now — the users already on those checklists stay unchanged.

Is assigning Checkers the same as assigning RFI Initiators?

No — they are separate actions. Use Assign → Checker for the people who inspect, and Assign → RFI Initiator for the people who raise the RFI.

Can I still change one checklist's users later?

Yes. Open that single checklist and edit its users the usual way.

💡 Good to know

  • Checkers are the people who actually carry out the inspection on the checklist.

  • RFI Initiators (who raise the RFI) and approvers are assigned through their own Assign options.
