From a project's Checklist tab you can select several checklists and add the same Checklist Users — the people who inspect / operate the checklist — to all of them in one action.
Open the project → Checklist tab.
Select multiple checklists (tick the ones you want).
Click Assign → Checklist User — a side drawer opens.
Select the users to add as Checklist Users.
Apply.
A Checklist User can view and operate (inspect) the selected checklists on the mobile app.
No. A bulk change applies only what you set now — the users already on those checklists stay unchanged.
No — they are separate actions. Use Assign → Checklist User for the people who inspect, and Assign → RFI User for the people who raise the RFI.
Yes. Open that single checklist and edit its users the usual way.
Checklist Users are the people who actually carry out the inspection on the checklist.
RFI Users (who raise the RFI) and approvers are assigned through their own Assign options.
