Select the users to add as RFI Users.
Apply.
❓ FAQ
What can an RFI User do?
An RFI User can raise the RFI (Request For Inspection) for the selected checklists.
Will this remove the RFI users I already added?
No. A bulk change applies only what you set now — the RFI users already on those checklists stay unchanged.
Is assigning RFI users the same as assigning checklist users?
No — they are separate actions. Use Assign → RFI User for the people who raise the RFI, and Assign → Checklist User for the people who inspect.
Do I set RFI users and approvers together?
No. RFI users are set through Assign → RFI User; approvers are set through Assign → Assign Approver.
💡 Good to know
RFI Users are the people who raise the RFI so an inspection can be reviewed.
The RFI option is only relevant for checklists whose RFI is switched on.
Checklist Users and approvers are assigned through their own Assign options.
