While inspecting, you may notice something on site that the predefined checklist does not cover. digiQC lets you add an additional point — your own extra checkpoint — right inside the inspection, so the observation is recorded against the same EQC. It is optional, and you can add as many additional points as you need.
Start or open an inspection and go to the checkpoint screen of the Inspect module (mobile app).
After going through the listed checkpoints, tap "Additional point +".
Write the additional point description — this is mandatory.
(Optional) Add an audio remark, a photo, or both.
Mark the point as Pass or Fail.
To record more observations, tap "Additional point +" again — you can add multiple additional points.
Continue to the end of the inspection and finish as usual (Pass / Seek approval). The additional points are saved with the EQC and appear in the report.
