📱 Mobile app — only project users with these roles can log in:
Inspector
Project Admin
Internal Approver
💻 Web app — all roles can log in:
Inspector
Project Admin
Auditor
Associate
External Approver
Phone contacts who were added while raising an inspection
Good to know
If you are an Auditor, Associate, External Approver (or a phone contact), you work on the web app — not the mobile app.
Inspector, Project Admin and Internal Approver can use both mobile and web.
