Forgotten your digiQC password? You can reset it yourself from the login screen — there is no need to contact anyone. digiQC emails a reset link to your registered email address, and you set a new password from there. It takes about a minute.
On the login page, tap Forgot password.
Enter your registered email ID and tap Send reset password link.
Open the email from digiQC and click the Reset password button. (No email? Check your spam or junk folder.)
Enter your new password, re-enter it to confirm, and tap Submit. You can now log in with your new password.
Your new password must be:
Minimum 8 and maximum 16 characters
At least 1 capital (uppercase) letter
At least 1 small (lowercase) letter
At least 1 number
At least 1 special character (for example ! @ # $)
It must be 8–16 characters long and include at least one capital letter, one small letter, one number, and one special character.
Wait a minute or two, then check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you used the same email you registered with digiQC. Still nothing? Ask your System Admin to confirm your registered email, then try again.

Reset links expire after a while for security. Go back to the login page and request a fresh link.

The reset link is sent only to your registered email and expires, so use it promptly.
