Overview
Forgotten your digiQC password? You can reset it yourself from the login screen — there is no need to contact anyone. digiQC emails a reset link to your registered email address, and you set a new password from there. It takes about a minute.
🧭 How to use
On the login page, tap Forgot password.
Enter your registered email ID and tap Send reset password link.
Open the email from digiQC and click the Reset password button. (No email? Check your spam or junk folder.)
Enter your new password, re-enter it to confirm, and tap Submit. You can now log in with your new password.
🔑 Password rules
Your new password must be:
Minimum 8 and maximum 16 characters
At least 1 capital (uppercase) letter
At least 1 small (lowercase) letter
At least 1 number
At least 1 special character (for example ! @ # $)
❓ FAQ
1. What are the rules for the new password?
It must be 8–16 characters long and include at least one capital letter, one small letter, one number, and one special character.
2. I didn't receive the reset email — what should I do?
Wait a minute or two, then check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you used the same email you registered with digiQC. Still nothing? Ask your System Admin to confirm your registered email, then try again.
3. Which email should I enter?
The email address registered to your digiQC account. If you are unsure, your System Admin can check it for you.
4. The reset link says it has expired or does not work.
Reset links expire after a while for security. Go back to the login page and request a fresh link.
5. Can I reset my password from the mobile app?
Yes — use Forgot password on the app's login screen. The steps are the same.
6. Do I need my old password to reset it?
No. This flow is for when you have forgotten it — you only set a new one. If you remember your current password and simply want to change it, see "How to change password" instead.
💡 Good to know
The reset link is sent only to your registered email and expires, so use it promptly.
If your registered email is wrong or you have left the organisation, your System Admin manages your account access.
