When you're offline or on a weak network, you can still start the next stage of a Passed EQC from Sync — the up-down arrow (⇅) icon at the top-right of the Dashboard. This works only when the next stage is an inspection. If the next stage is an approval, the inspection cannot be done offline.
Open the Dashboard and tap the up-down arrow (⇅) Sync icon at the top-right.
Find the Passed but not-yet-synced EQC and tap the Arrow button to start.
Tap "Inspect Next Stage."
Confirm with "Yes."
Carry out the next stage:
- Select the witnesses. - Add drawings. - Answer all the checkpoints.
Tap "Pass" or "Seek for approval", based on the options available.
A "Well Done" message confirms completion. The EQC stays in Sync until the internet is restored.
Once you're back online or on Wi-Fi, open the app and the EQCs sync automatically — you'll see "You are up to date."
Only Passed EQCs whose next stage is an inspection. If the next stage is an approval, it cannot be done offline.
Tap the up-down arrow (⇅) Sync icon at the top-right of the Dashboard, and find the Passed-but-unsynced EQC.
Tap the Arrow on the Passed-but-unsynced EQC, then "Inspect Next Stage" and confirm with "Yes."
Yes — carry out the stage as usual (witnesses, drawings, and all checkpoints, as configured).
You'll see a "Well Done" message, and the EQC stays in Sync until you're back online — then it syncs automatically and shows "You are up to date."
Works only for a Passed EQC whose next stage is an inspection — not if the next stage is an approval.
Sync is the up-down arrow (⇅) icon at the top-right of the Dashboard.
The EQC remains in Sync until the internet is restored, then auto-syncs.
"You are up to date" confirms all EQCs are synced.
