The EQC list in the Inspect module is organised into three tabs — Available, Paused, and Approval. Each tab groups inspections by their current status, so you can quickly see what is ready to start, what you've left incomplete, and what is going through approval. A separate To Do list (your approval queue) sits in the bottom navigation bar, not inside the EQC list.
Open the Inspect module (mobile app) to see your EQC list with its three tabs.
Tap a tab to see the EQCs in that status:
Available — inspections where the current stage is completed and the next stage (an RFI stage or an inspection stage) is ready to be started. Here you can see all EQCs done by your team as well as those assigned to you. Tap one to begin the next stage.
Paused — your own work that you started but left incomplete. It stays locked to you and is not available to other users; you can resume it whenever you're ready.
Approval — EQCs that are "Approval pending" (sent for approval) or that have come back as a redo. As with Available, you can see your team's EQCs and those assigned to you here.
To Do is not a tab in the EQC list — it is in the bottom navigation bar. It is your approval queue and shows only the inspection stage that has to be approved by you (at your approval level).
Once an EQC is fully completed — all its stages PASSED — it is no longer shown in the mobile app. You can then view that completed EQC in the web app at app.digiqc.com.
Three — Available, Paused, and Approval. The To Do approval queue is separate; you'll find it in the bottom navigation bar, not in the EQC list.
Inspections whose current stage is complete and whose next stage is ready to start — that next stage can be an RFI stage or an inspection stage.
In Available and Approval, you can see all EQCs done by your team and the ones assigned to you. Paused shows only your own incomplete work. The To Do list (bottom navigation bar) shows only the stages that you have to approve.
No. Paused holds your own started-but-incomplete work. It is locked to you and not available to other users — only you can resume it.
Approval (a tab in the EQC list) shows EQCs that are Approval pending or came back as a redo — your team's and those assigned to you. To Do (in the bottom navigation bar) shows only the inspection stages that you must approve. One is what you're waiting on; the other is what's waiting on you.
Once an EQC's stages are all PASSED, it is removed from the mobile app and can be viewed in the web app at app.digiqc.com.
The EQC list (Inspect) has three tabs — Available, Paused, Approval. To Do is in the bottom navigation bar, not an EQC-list tab.
Available & Approval show your team's EQCs plus those assigned to you.
Paused shows only your own incomplete work — private to you, not available to others.
To Do shows only the stages awaiting your approval (your approval level).
A fully completed EQC (all stages PASS) is no longer available on mobile — view it in the web app (app.digiqc.com).
